The Mexico Aerospace Fair (FAMEX) 2025 reaffirmed its status as a premier platform for showcasing Mexico's growing role in the global aerospace industry. Held at the Santa Lucía Air Base, this year's edition brought together key players, government officials, and industry leaders to strengthen partnerships and announce significant investments shaping the future of aerospace manufacturing in Mexico.

One of the most notable highlights was the announcement of $298 billion USD in private sector investments in Mexico, underscoring the country's rising attractiveness for global industries. Marcelo Ebrard, Mexico's Secretary of Economy, emphasized that these investments span critical sectors such as aerospace, automotive, and energy, positioning Mexico as a strategic hub for innovation and industrial growth.

In an impressive display of bilateral cooperation, U.S.-made fighter jets, assembled with Mexican collaboration, arrived at Santa Lucía during FAMEX. This milestone showcases the deepening defense and aerospace partnership between Mexico and the United States, reflecting not only shared security goals but also Mexico's increasing capabilities in advanced manufacturing and assembly.
