  1. Reynosa quality of life Reynosa is a beautiful city that is located in the coastal region of Río Bravo in the northeastern Mexico border. Located in front of the Texan cities of Hidalgo, Pharr and Mc Allen, that form the most important pole of urban, economic and social development of South Texas.

    Reynosa, city of business environment, has a clear American influence. It is considered one of the five fastet growing and developing cities in Mexico. It has two international bridges that communicate with the United States. Currently it is the most populous municipality of Tamaulipas.

    Reynosa is situated 20km from its original site, due to earlier problems with flooding, and has been in the present location since 1802. In common with many border towns, little of historic interest or beauty has survived the passing of time, compared to other large towns in Mexico which retain a larger part of their heritage.
    The city of Reynosa and its environs have various tourist attractions, allowing you to make the most of you stay. Its architecture, popular festivitites and cuisine are some of the cultural proposals Reynosa has to offer (see attractions in Reynosa).
    If you want to expand your options, you can choose among various tours in the state of Tamaulipas which will take you to go to places that are diverse, some nearby and others not in Reynosa.

    Weather
    The prevailing climate in Reynosa is steppe dry, very warm with an average annual temperature of 22º C. It has a regime of rainfalls in the summer and an average rainfall ranging from 400 to 500 cubic millimeters.

    In this beautiful place, which belongs to the state of Tamaulipas, are easily distinguished two seasons, summer and winter. In the former, temperature reachers 40 degrees C in the months from May to August and in the second, the thermometer drops to less that 10º C.
